Wymagania:

Main responsibilities:
For Senior Associate:
  • Perform immediate outbound calls to Customer with aged accounts based on generated collection strategy/ worklist to secure promise to pay in accordance with company strategy.
  • Proactively escalate problem accounts to the appropriate function to accelerate collection of overdue accounts.
  • Monitor execution of dunning activities in accordance with company policy and timeline.
  • Receive and drive timely resolution or closure of standard collection-related Customer queries, complaints and feedback through multiple source points (email, fax, phone, etc.) by liaising with appropriate internal function
  • Review and facilitate customer account monitoring through conduct of customer reconciliation and coordination with AR Management for value adjustments and small write-offs and in adherence with company policy.
  • Contributor within O2C organization.
  • Perform process controls (ICS,ICM,BPC) as prescribed in the desktop procedures.
  • Update Country-Specific documentations 
For Expert:
  • Ensure a high quality delivery of the Collection process and strategy towards the internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Provide in-depth insights on Collection topics within the operational team structure.
  • Drive accelerated action to collect overdue accounts by collaborating with different function, in adherence to company strategy.
  • Key contributor within O2C organization
  • Support operational business, when needed.
  • Analyze key metrics and perform root-cause analysis, as needed.
  • Review Country-Specific documentations and conduct trainings to new joiners.
  • Review process controls (ICS,ICM,BPC) as prescribed in the desktop procedures.
  • Participate in project implementation.

Oferujemy:

Required:
  • Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Polish, Czech or Hungarian
  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent (Administration Supply Chain Management, Finance as beneficial). Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Collections&Dispute or other related Order-to-Cash processes. Communication and presentation skills; Customer oriented.
  • MS Office, experience with ERP systems. SAP experience valuable
  • Problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
