Main tasks:• Responsibility for the design, analysis and improvement of existing and new manufacturing processes for complex cable assemblies (including process and machines’ specification definition, process feasibility analysis, time controlling, etc.) with the objective of continuous process improvement and automation needs;• Managing multiple projects focused in the Operation function;• Being accountable for leading continuous improvement projects to a successful conclusion to ensure that each project meets the design;• Aligning the TE BU plants to reach TEOA requirements, rolls out Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP’s) and advises plants on tool and machine;• Acting as interface between engineering and manufacturing/production.
