For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Travel Agent with German or French.
Within this position you will be responsible for providing excellent service to company’s customers via phone, email and chat. You will be responsible for answering customers’ queries, supporting them during travels, providing information regarding reservations or making changes.
We are are looking for Candidates with fluent German or French and fluent English. Previous experience in customer service will be an asset, but is not required. We are looking for customer-oriented people with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
