An international company in tech industry is looking for Customer Service Expert with German language.
Your responsibilities will be:

Provide first point great customer service
- Responsible for communication services such as answering calls, replying/ monitoring emails, handling maintenance enquires, and this all requires keeping IT skills up to date
- Gather customer details and record information accurately
