Financial and Accounting Specialist

Opis stanowiska:
For our Client, an international, manufacturing company located in Katowice, we are looking for the person to hold the position: Financial and Accounting Specialist. You can work in hybrid/remote model of work.
Your new role
- Timely preparation of the annual financial statements according to local GAAP in various jurisdictions abroad.
- Cooperation with external statutory auditors.
- Timely submission of statistical and governmental reports.
- Preparation and timely filling of VAT and Intrastat returns in various jurisdictions.
- Calculation of deferred taxes and ensuring their proper presentation in financial statements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good command of English.
- Accounting/finance educational background.
- General knowledge of current and deferred income tax – how to calculate and prepare return.
- Previous involvement in process of annual financial statement.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
