Opis stanowiska:
For Our Client we are looking for a Team Leader with German who will be responsible for Order Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the team to achieve the goals
- Managing AR Collection and Dispute and resolving order/demand conversions
- Optimising and coordinating end to end Order Management process’
- Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service
- Knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of SAP
