For our client, well known International IT company located in Kraków, we are looking for a person interested in the role Senior Product Designer.
Your new role
• You’ll help millions of company customers. Building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs
• Leverage a wide range of Product Design skills to discover, design and deliver creative, innovative and effective journeys
• You’ll take the charge on producing human-centric experiences, influencing stakeholders to focus on real customer problems. Work with product to define requirements, not just translate them to design
What you'll need to succeed
• You’ve got an impressive design portfolio of quality experiences, showcasing a range of design skills and your approach to problem solving
• You enjoy working with people. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to create a holistic view. Taking tech, risk and business teams on the journey with you
• You have strong visual design skills. A deep understanding of design systems and obsess over the details of visual and interaction design
• You know how to work under pressure. You have a good understanding of design trade-offs and what matters for each design iteration
• You focus on data driven design, using discovery and design validation to rationalise your decisions, using customer insights to help ship the right solutions
