Your new role:
You will be part of the IT team in the group of applications related to accounting, structural, cross-service specific systems and own account portfolio systems to service the units and geographies where these parts are installed. Managing, solving capacity for critical and committed situations. Prioritisation and decision-making in these situations and support maintenance teams, coordinating with the various third-party teams if they are involved in the resolution.
Propose measures to reduce the flow of incidents and supports and ensure the correct performance of the application by proposing and implementing measures for Clean-up, Process optimisation, you will be up-to-date with the evolution of the application for new projects, controlling that the implementation does not affect production and ensuring the correct Handover of the new functionalities. It is also your task to escalate to the Directorate of Status and Progress.
What do you need to be successful?

• Management experience in maintenance environments,
• Experience in treasury operations, accounting and structural banking systems,
• Experience in Cobol/CICS/DB2 environments,
• High level of English min. B2,
• Knowledge of Spanish (desirable).
