Your new role
As a Business Analyst you will be a key link between our information technology capabilities and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of tasks related to analysing, building, testing and deploying the functionality of our software product. Your mission will be to transcribe the functional & user requirements into technical specifications and its development/parameterization, certification and eventual productive release. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Assess both the existing IT systems and future system functionalities in the context of a large transformational programme, to identify data needs and ensure the requirements of the program are met.
• Analyze data from IT systems such as Loan Origination Systems, Servicing Systems (eg. LoanIQ, Equation, Partenon, Banktrade), Distribution Systems (eg. LoanIQ, Murex) to support building new data driven analytical solutions (data hubs, portfolio management systems etc)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive process improvements through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders, in a clear and impactful manner, to support the lending business strategy.
• Actively work on processes of optimization and efficiency and support for software development
• Own and develop relationships with partners and work with them to optimize and enhance our integration

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working on Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) projects.
• Experience in data analysis and understanding of various IT systems used in the CIB sector, with a stress on Origination, Servicing and Distribution platforms, Securitizations, Portfolio Management systems and/or general Investment Banking Systems.
• Ability to deep dive in the as-is IT ecosystem to analyze the products, processes and data behind it in order to accommodate new requirements.
• Experience working with Agile teams and tools, like JIRA and Confluence.
• High level of English: reading, comprehension, writing and conversation.
• Areas in which these projects are integrated: Banking (Data Hub).
