Technical Trainer

Opis stanowiska:
Currently we are looking for candidates for position of Technical Trainer. our client is located in Katowice.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare and conduct technical and process trainings to support employees
- Maintain onboarding curriculum and schedule
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies
- Responsible for developing and maintaining technical training material in collaboration with Service HQ and Technical Marketing
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content, throughout a course life cycle.
- Designing and calibrating of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Perform call monitoring and provide trend data and periodical reports to call center management team.
- Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
- Monitoring of customer care emails and chat responses.
- Provide actionable data to various internal support team members.
- Provide feedback on call performance and training progress to call center team leaders and managers.
- Contacting customers to better understand low CSATs
- Identify and alert on contact reasons trends.
- Installer’s and Contractor’s trainings- coordinate and perform external trainings based on online and class based materials.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years work experience in the power electronics or related fields, such as PV installations- a must
- Education in Electrical/mechatronic engineering or a similar field- a must
- Expert in customer service principles and practices - a must
- Previous experience in delivering technical training, A record of delivering technology related training programs- an advantage (i.e. classroom training for technology related products and services)- a must
- Demonstrate knowledge of SolarEdge products and tools.
- Superior understanding of all aspects of the technical support center
- Labs hands on experience for practical training requirements
- External certification for safety instructor – advantage
- Previous experience and knowledge with quality standards and processes
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Be highly organized and have a sense of initiative
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Highly self-motivated, able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent English language skills and ability and willingness for international travel
- High Technical writing skills
- High in-class presentation skills
