Pharmacovigilance Manager DACH

Opis stanowiska:
Your main tasks
- Set up and maintain efficient local pharmacovigilance (PV) systems in DACH in collaboration with PV Director DACH, EUQPPV and GPS
- Support the PV Director DACH in case of requests from the local Competent Authorities (CAs) and HCPs regarding any PV topics
- Manage drug-related product issues and the coordination of PV-related activities on behalf of the PV Director DACH as required
- Act as a Learning Professional for the local PV department within the Company
- Act as deputy local PV contact person in Austria
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for PV-relevant aspects in Digital media activities (webpages, apps, social media etc). Assess and track activities relevant to PV and advise Businesses on PV-requirements
- Act as Back-up the Subject Matter Expert for MRP/PSP projects in DACH
- Put in place and maintain adequate Safety Data Exchange Agreements / Service Agreements with third parties
- Validate the comparative table prepared by RA to put CCSD/CCSI/RSI and the local SPC in conformity, if required
- Support creation, maintenance, review, and implementation of the local/regional/global PV-related PVa audits procedures
- Support PV-audits and inspections, Process Error, Non-conformance, and CAPA-management
- Case management: Perform collection, documentation, processing and following-up of local adverse events (AE) from all sources based on national legislation and internal procedures and submit ADR reports to Authorities in a timely manner, if required
Your Qualifications
- Academic degree in sciences, pharmacy, or medical degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Deep knowledge of EU-and local PV-legislation
- Experience in case management and with pharmacovigilance databases
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate across all organizational levels
- Ability to set priorities
- Good coordination skills with other functional areas
- Reliability and flexibility
