Senior Learning & Development Partner

Opis stanowiska:
For our client, an international SSC organization, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Learning & Development Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and executing the L&D strategy aligned with the company business goals
- Being the owner of the L&D policy, internal training participation rules
- Being responsible for the L&D budget, raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices
- Conducting learning needs analysis with the senior management team and all the leaders
- Designing, organizing/ delivering training for all team members and leaders (soft skills, leadership, technical training)
- Leading L&D Interactive Discussion Sessions
- Creating training courses using Articulate Rise & Articulate Storyline
- Evaluating the impact of the training courses
- Being responsible for all learning operations: contact with vendors, sending pre-work/ post-course materials, monitoring registrations
- Regular contact with learning portal administrators to check registrations and mark attendance once trainings have taken place
Requirements:
- Extensive years of experience in instructional design, development, and evaluation
- Knowledge of learning principles, facilitation, and learner-centered activities
- Knowledge of Instructional design principles and practices
- Ability to provide instructional design consulting services to subject matter experts
- Proficiency in using various systems, Microsoft Office, HTML, Adobe, Articulate, etc.
- Ability to be creative, flexible, and innovative in course design
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
