For our Client, international logistics company, we are currently looking for Sales Solutions and Support Representative to work in a newly created office located in Cracow.
Within this role you would be responsible for providing exceptional levels of care and service to customers and determining the level of support required for designated customers by investigating their specific needs and expectations. You would also be conducting appropriate analysis of service issues experienced by customers and establishes trends, points of failure etc.  The role involves initiating the development of long-term solutions with other internal departments and the customer and taking relevant corrective action and monitoring the impact of the solution to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
You would also be responsible for advising customers on the benefits and requirements of the company's services, processes and tools and how they can be used to benefit the customer’s business and providing information and guidance to customers on issues external to the company e.g. by referral to export and customs sites specific to a country.
Perfect Candidate should have fluency in English. We are looking for someone who is client oriented, has very good communication skills and has experience in customer service.
