Opis stanowiska:
For our client, an international software and technology company, we are looking for individuals for the position of Customer Technical Support with German language skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing support for incoming inquiries and issues related to the company's software solutions
- Identifying user problems to ensure successful query resolution
- Resolving and responding to first level support queries
- Actively participating in improving the knowledge base articles, FAQs, and functional documentation related to software, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English (B2)
- Access to fast internet connection for remote work
- Familiarity or interest in areas related to technology/software/IT.
Additional skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting SaaS applications, software, and hardware
- Experience in Customer Service or IT Support
- Experience in handling 3D CAD systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Knowledge of network topology and protocols
