Opis stanowiska:

For our Client, international software company, we’re looking for the Candidates for the Customer Technical Support Team Leader with German role.
Key Responsibilities:

Team management
Development of a training program and coaching the team to achieve high performance
Establish, monitor and develop performance standards to meet service goals
Development and implementation of procedures to improve the efficiency of the customer support department
Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Action as a major escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders
Provide cross-functional feedback regarding impacts of product defects, system stability, feature functionality, product usage trends, and overall satisfaction
Provide feedback across the Delivery Engine to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on status and/or changes
Management, review, negotiate, and approve contracts
Establish new channels for customer contact including chat, forums, and social media
