Opis stanowiska:
For our client, an international company located in Cracow, we are actively looking for a candidate for the role of AP Team Coordinator.
Your responsibilities:
- team management (regular meetings, coaching and mentoring, development plan, career planning),
- ensure that team’s KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated and delegated,
- coordinate and participate in month end close activities and AP reporting
- support resolving employee queries
- identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
Our requirements:
- min. 3 years of previous experience in AP area
- min. 2 years of experience in team management
- proficiency in English (C1)
- excellent communication skills
- great analytical skills
