Opis stanowiska:
Your responsibilities :
- Managing work of Compensation and Benefits Team
- Ensuring delivery of services within SLAs, achieving KPIs and high-quality support
- Coaching and mentoring the team members
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring urgent requests and escalations are taken care of
Our requirements:
- Min. 3 years of experience in benefits and compensation processes
- Willingness to develop people management skills
- English min. C1 level
- German min B1 level
- Proficient in Excel
