Junior PTP Cash and Payments Associate
The team of Procurement to Pay (P2P) that you’ll be joining, forms a significant & key component of our service centre. The Cash and Payments Junior Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all payments of 3rd party supplier and subcontractor invoices and employee expenses are paid in accordance with SLA, payment terms and Prompt Payment Code.

Your key responsibilities will be:
· Processing efficiently PTP incoming documents;
· Resolving PTP processing related issues;
· Customer service - dealing with email and phone queries, maintaining a regular relationship with suppliers and client;
· Monitor the Payables and unreconciled payment lines reconcile aged debit and credit items follow up and resolve queries related to invoices;
· Assisting with monthly closing activities;
· Actively supporting other PTP processes when required
Professional Qualifications:
· 0.5-1,5 years of experience in in a similar role within a multi-site business;
· At least 0,5 year hands on experience in Supplier Payments/Cash Allocation/Accounts Payable;
· General knowledge across PTP Processes;
· English min. B2
