Your new role:
You will be part of the IT team in the group of applications related to accounting, structural, cross-service specific systems and own account portfolio systems to service the units/geographies where these parts are installed, Collaborating on first-level incident and support maintenance teams, coordinating with the various third-party teams if they are involved in the resolution, ensuring compliance with the labeled SLAs. You will Propose and implement measures to reduce the flow of incidents and supports and ensure the correct performance of the application including measures for Clean-up, Process optimization, Etc
What do you need to be successful?

• Experience in treasury operations, accounting and structural systems.
• Experience in Cobol/CICS/DB2 environments (online and batch)
• 5 years of experience in similar roles and technologies;
• Knowledge of the infrastructure systems associated with the technologies described above.
• Attitude and capacity to adapt to different environments and work teams, both functional and technical.
• Solving capacity for critical and committed situations. Prioritization and decision-making in these situations
• Used to work as a team in very dynamic environments.
• Communication capacity at different levels from users, functional or technical
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level
• High level of English
• Knowledge of Spanish(desirable)
