Your new company
For our Client, international company that offers full-remote work opportunity, we are currently looking for Printing Engineer (Bottomline Transform PrecisionForms).
Your new role
- Work with customers around the globe to facilitate the implementation Microsoft Dynamics AX printing solution (Bottomline Transform PrecisionForms) including design, configuration, testing and training
- Working in tight coordination with Microsoft Dynamics AX analysts on business requirements from the ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (former D365 Finance & Operations)
- Take global responsibility for the standardization and optimization of documents (business papers & labels)
- Implement document output & print management solution as part of ERP Template rollouts
- Supervising process and functional design activities throughout development lifecycle
- Create development specifications and coordinate regional and global change request developments
- Own all implementation tasks for document creation, customization, delivery and management based on client-provided requirements
- Deliver customer-based consultancy on the configured solution
- Actively supports internal and external developers to implement solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot of technical issues if they arise
- Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals
What you'll need to succeed
- Provide working knowledge of implementing printing functionality and printing infrastructure, print servers and printer installation
- Achieved degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science
- Background with delivery of software solutions
- Understanding of ERP applications with particular reference to Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O
- Bottomline Transform PrecisionForms/ Formpipe LaserNet / Open text printing solution experience is a plus
- Knowledge of XML Principles, Web Services & JavaScript would be plus
- Basic knowledge of data transfer protocols (FTP, API)
- Ability to think round problems and deliver solutions to partners and clients
- High attention to detail, precision and consistency in performing a task
- Proactive and systematic approach to work tasks and naturally seek and share information
- An outgoing personality that is customer facing with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills, including English language
