For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
IT Learning Lead
Location: 100% remote
Branch: pharmaceutical area
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: 80-110 PLN/h net + vat on B2B
Start date: ASAP/1 month
Working hours: flexible

What will you do:
1. Learning Strategy - Scope & Plan
  • Continuously evaluate educational needs, analyze findings to create new learning initiatives or refine and enhance the efficacy of current ones.
  • Collaborate with Domains, Product Line/Product Leads, and/or change strategy leads to assess training needs and identify specific criteria and content for educational programs.
  • Manage the logistics and activities involved in designing, preparing, delivering, and evaluating IT training programs. Partner with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.
  • Ensure that all related educational content is created with accuracy and consistency, and aligns with communication campaigns, change strategies, and other engagement activities.

2.Training Implementation - Development & Delivery
  • Devise, develop, and provide or facilitate training programs, integrating the most recent adult learning theories and expertise, and determining the best delivery modalities such as microlearning, face-to-face events, e-learning, etc.
  • Develop and arrange training materials and content that are simple to comprehend and relevant to the audience's requirements in different formats, including visual guides, presentations, videos, etc.
  • Engage the audience based on the Change Management strategy (such as ADKAR, Lewis models) to guarantee successful knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Regularly assess the relevance and currency of educational content created.

3.Measurement & Evaluation
  • Develop techniques for evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Monitor and assess the efficacy of the educational programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

What we expect from you:
  • Possess 3 years of extensive full-time work experience as a trainer and practitioner of organizational learning, whether in an internal or independent capacity. Demonstrated experience should cover a wide range of organizational learning activities, including but not limited to management, training needs assessment, and related activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver learning programs.
  • Proficient in applying and adapting organizational learning models and frameworks to meet the needs of different audiences.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating training portfolios and working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Possess the flexibility to tailor a learning approach/strategy that is entirely focused on meeting the needs of customers and end-users.
  • Skilled in building relationships, teams, and collaborating with others to leverage the strengths of a diverse workforce, including contractors, employees, and consultants.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively communicate complex and novel ideas with clarity and simplicity to individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Expertise in business partnering and consulting to identify client/customer needs and build effective relationships.
  • Knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies. Ability to understand technical jargon and simplify it for user-facing communications and learning.
  • Familiarity and experience with change management practices and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Cornerstone (LMS).
  • Experience in working according to Agile methodologies
  • Very good command of spoken and written English (min. C1)
