Program Buyer

Opis stanowiska:
Currently for one of our client's- an automotive company based near Zawiercie. We are looking for candidates for a position of Program Buyer.
Main Duties:
- Calculation of component cost on customer enquiry stage Responsibility for RFQ process with suppliers in scope of new components development / sourcing
- (preparation of RFQ, cost analysis, negotiation, nominations)
- Review of project status / progress with development team and assurance of delivery on time with suppliers
- Tight collaboration with commodity managers to ensure compliance with global sourcing strategy
- Supplier selection and nomination for new projects
- Management (creation & update) of material & vendor master data in ERP system – price, lead time, incoterms, MOQ, etc.
- Spend analysis and implementation of cost savings actions for managed materials groups and suppliers – negotiation, resourcing, engineering change, VA/VE
- Market scanning and development of new suppliers together with supplier quality assurance team.
- Participation in supplier evaluation & assessment process
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry in purchasing / project development / engineering area
- English language fluent – written and spoken
- University degree in related field (preferred technical or economic)
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Analytical and negotiations skills
- Familiarity of AX2012 ERP system welcomed
- Readiness for travelling
