Opis stanowiska:
HR & Payroll Specialist
Your key responsibilities:
- Supporting employee request process, coordinating resolution of queries and escalations where needed
- Prepare employment contracts and other employment-related documents
- Conducting personnel administration in accordance with applicable regulations
- Acting as the Key liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
- Entering and updating data in the HR system
- Compiling various reports and documentation
- Recording and settlement of working time
- Monitoring the timeliness of periodic occupational medicine examinations
Our requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an adequate position
- Excellent knowledge on the Polish Labour law and its implementation in HR function
- Fluent in English
- Experience in employing foreigners
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with employees across all levels of the organization in a sensitive manner
