Opis stanowiska:

For our Client an international logistic company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for experienced Business Analysts to join the EMEA Sales Solutions Team.

 Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure there is governance in place around Customer definition process in EU.
  • Support Sales organization with technical and expert knowledge around Customer Hierarchy Tool as well as act as intermediary between Sales organization and Global Sales Operations in US.
  • Support efforts of improving Customer definition data by developing and maintaining reporting that supports data audits, reviews and clean ups
  • Define customer segmentation, maintain oversight, organize, and support customer segmentation process in line with EU Sales coverage strategy
  • Guide Sales management in the design of sales territories by customer segment and formulate proposals for balanced territories.
  • Support Sales Management in maintenance of Sales territory structure.
  • Develop solutions, processes and reporting to improve the quarterly simulations process.
  • Support Sales Management and Business Services with technical expertise on systems and databases involved in Customer segmentation and alignments as well as act as intermediary between Sales organization and Global Sales Operations in US.
  • Support Sales workforce planning by analyzing sales performance results and workload and formulating recommendations aiming at optimizing Sales organizations efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Develop solutions, models and processes that improve decision making and organisational effectiveness.
 
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Very strong analytical skills / Ability to interpret volumes of complex data, draw logical conclusions
  • Technical learning skills
  • Basic commercial judgment 
  • Action oriented & Problem solving
  • Ability to work with large amount of data
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • SQL knowledge and experience
  • Desired technical skills: Alteryx, Python, Power Automate
