Talent Acquisition Team Lead with German

Opis stanowiska:
We are currently looking for experienced candidates interested in the position of Talen Acquisition Team Lead with German for one of our clients, which is a corporation with a long history and a stable position on the market. The company has its office in Kraków, which is constantly developing, creating new teams.
Your new responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering effective, creative process strategies and best practices to deliver high quality HR operations
- Managing a team of Recruiters and providing them with the right leadership, guidance and support to successfully fulfill their duties. You will play a key role in developing their abilities, skills and essentially their careers
- Building strong long-term relationship with our clients (generating, maintaining and managing) by interface with them regarding specific job orders, issues, improvements, escalations, etc. to fulfill clients’ needs
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of request in HR Operations area
- Identifying and leading process improvements
Our requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in the HR area
- Min. 1 year of previous experience in people management
- Good verbal and written knowledge of English and German (min. B2)
- Practical knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Strong stakeholder managements skills
