• Maintain relationships with clients during resolving their cases and other subjects,
• Keep records of consumer contact,
• Dynamic delegate issues to the right internal departments,
• Inform customers about their account balance before eventual problems,
• Meet individual targets and KPIs,
• Support your co-workers with your specific knowledge and skills in case of more difficult matters and proactively offer improvements,
